Summary: I'm on my third of these from BUSlink, and none of them can tune an over the air station. The last one will tune a cable feed, but the picture is extremely snowy and the audio buzzes. I've given up on ever getting a working model or my money back.
Summary: Took this on a long road trip with a slimline PS2 to keep people occupied. Worked great for about 10 hours on the ride down. Plugged it in for the return trip and it released the blue smoke before even powering up. Had to grab a little CRT TV 500 miles from home to keep from going crazy.
Pros: Very compact, good brightness, decent picture.
Cons: Poor quality, weak connection to input sources, unusably bad reception, won't last a week of use.
Pros: After reading the sketchy reviews on this TV, I decided to take a chance and buy one. I've now had it a week and here's the deal. POSITIVE: It has a great picture.
Cons: NEGATIVE: The tuner portion is HORRIBLE. Can't lock in any stations w/either telescoping antenna or when you hook up CATV. Even with a strong CATV signal, the picture is super-fuzzy on every channel. The only way to use it is as an AUX screen for a DVD player or using with a cable box's RCA video...
Summary: I purchased this TV in the middle of September. It worked fine for 5 weeks, but then the sound disappeared. I returned it to the manufacturer for a replacement. It arrived within two weeks, but the new TV was defective as well: worked for half an hour, turned off, and would not turn power on again.
Summary: This TV has potential if you're lucky enough to get one with a tuner. First one would not tune channels, and replacement from Buslink had the same problem. Picture with AV input is excellent, but quality control unsatisfactory. Buslink is resisting sending a second replacement.
Summary: I received this tv(?) quickly, but it turns out it is not a TV!!! The monitor acts like it's a TV, and pulls in a faint UHF station, but when I called the manufactor's support line and the tech admitted having lots of calls on this product.
