Summary: I bought this radio after buying a smaller Sony clock radio which impressed me with it's quality of sound. I am equally pleased with this larger stereo version which I have on my desk for general background listening. It is straightforward to use and provides a good range of stations on DAB or FM.
Summary: I bought this Sony DAB Radio to replace the cheap one I bought from Aldi. The radio looks very retro, but stylish in a wood casing. The sound is very impressive (clear and loud), but you would expect this from anything with the name Sony on it. The controls are simple to use and very logical.
Summary: We use this in our kitchen for sports news & Saturday morning radio. The sound quality isn't superb but it fits the job. A bit pricey for what you get but the most attractive product in it's price range by a long way.
Summary: I just received this today and I'm very pleased with it. The sound is clear and well balanced, and the volume can be turned up quite loud - easily loud enough for the front room. I listen to radio 2 & 4 and the speech is very clear, more so than other radios I tried.
Summary: I purchased this Radio as a Birthday gift for my other half, choosing it mainly for the Sony name and retro look. It looks great in any room in the house and I was really surprised at the good sound quality, which was my main concern. It was easy to tune and also to set the required stations.
Summary: We bought one of these around 5 years ago, at the time we went to comet and tested all the DAB radios and found a lot of them did not sound that good including the Pure one which was a shock as they seem them make for DAB radios.
