Summary: I purchased a Sony Walkman cassette player to replace one I had that stopped working. It seems to be working just fine and I am happy to be able to listen to my relaxation tapes again. It was delivered as promised with no damage.
Summary: I hereby wish to say great service first of all to the person whom I bought it from and also, finally after many casette players including Sony which break down after a couple of weeks or months, this one finally plays tapes without slowing in speed or sounding kind of 'wavy' speeds or sudden stops...
Summary: I got this tape player to use with my computer to put taped books on my computer. It works great and doesn't eat up batteries like many other products. It took me awhile to find this player but I am pleased. I can tke it in my car and use it with the same hookup that I use for my mp3 player.
Summary: I am truly devoted to Sony and have never had a probelm in the past with anything i purchased from them...until now. The cassette no longer works, which is one of the main reasons I purchased it. The digital turner is also a little out of whack but the reception is execellent.
Summary: This is a very nice cassette player and radio, but the description says it will run on an AC converter, but there is no jack for that. So, if you use it a lot, you will need lots of batteries.
Summary: New batteries went dead only after 45 minutes of listening to a tape. I've heard others say the same thing about the newer walkman cassette players. My old one went forever on a set of batteries. This is going back!
