Summary: The sound was muddy and too difficult to listen to. The reviews I read raved about this radio and I returned it as it was just sitting there as it was unpleasant to listen to. Maybe the speaker was bad? I won't be trying any other products from them...
Summary: Best table model radio I have ever seen. Reception is excellent on FM, AM not so good but there nothing on AM anyway. I am pleased with the order procedure, the delivery and performance. what's not to like?
Summary: My first radio delivered did not work properly during set up, the tuning wheel did not work. Contacted Amazon and they sent me a new one before I mailed back the broke one. This is a great radio for my work. Only flaw I dislike is that it does not charge my phone when the radio is playing, but does charge in bluetooth mode. Sound is good, not as good as my Boston Acoustic desktop radio or my Kicker desktop radio.
Summary: This keeps the worst time ever! It's fast by about 5 minutes a week. But I still give it 5 stars! The time issue is not really an issue for me. The RDS feature lets me tune to an FM station for about 15 seconds and it automatically resets to national time. As for the rest, I can't tell you how happy I am. The sound and it's various controls creates as good a sound as my full surround sound digital system (albeit without the stereo separation).
Summary: I have a love/hate relationship with my new radio from Sangean. The sound, given that it is mono, is great, but the other features of the radio were poorly thought out. Display: It's either too bright or too dark. It needs more steps in the brightness setting. The auto brightness is completely out of sync with real light levels. MP3 player: This is almost primitive. First, it takes forever for the files to load from a thumb drive.
Great Sounding, Attractive, and Highly Functional Bluetooth Clock Radio

Summary: The sound of the Sangean WR-22WL is great (by my ears, almost identical in quality to the sound of Bose Soundlink III) as is the ability to alter bass and treble and dim the light. It looks like it may have a real walnut veneer, however, from close inspection, it appears to have a good vinyl covering over pressed wood.
Summary: The good: Awesome sound and quality of build. Blue Tooth works very well and FM reception is excellent. Digital display info for over the air FM is a nice feature. Aux In works well 3.5 mm. Alarms and dimmer controls work well. The Bad: Remote control does not work. Subwoofer out does not work. Bought this radio for AM reception and was highly disappointed. Bought a $12 GPX clock radio with twice as many presets and Aux In capability.
