Summary: I bought this to replace a dying old audio cassette player because I have a lot of old mix tapes that I created from a combination of old vinyl! Even though audio cassettes are obviously a dying technology, I was hoping to get some more use out of mine. The sound quality is not good - too much bass, and no way to adjust. I'm obviously going to have to transfer this stuff to digital somehow. Meanwhile, I will put up with this one.
Summary: The unit is quite cheap. But that is what I expected. However the control buttons don't really work as they should. You have to push hard and at an angel to make them hold in position. Too awkward for children and the elderly to use.
Summary: Why would they make a player without a rewind button so that one might go back and replay a passage that they missed? One must remove and turn over the tape and use the play or fast forward to accomplish this.
