Summary: I am very disappointed with this radio, which absolutely is not worth the high price. It is presented as a dual-mode radio with 1) WiFi streaming and 2) with regular wireless tuning, and 3) as a portable. Which would be great. But it fails at all three of these.
Summary: Tuning in a single Internet station can take a minute or more. Switching between Internet stations can take a minute or more. While listening to an Internet station it stopped playing after a few minutes. The display said play was paused. I didn't pause it. I pressed the Select knob to unpause.
Summary: Had a replacement as the first one was unstable in internet mode. The second one was the same so I returned it for a refund. Amazon was efficient and prompt as usual. The radio is expensive and very poor.. Don't buy this.
Summary: This is a great radio. I bought it for myself last Christmas (I mean my family bought it for me). I loved it then, and I have never stopped loving it. Configuration was simple and easy. Connected to my WiFi network like a snap and has never faltered since. I never needed Pure support.
Summary: I had been wanting to buy an internet radio for some time and found the Pure One Flow exceeded all of my expectations. The company has an excellent support staff who were very helpful gave me a hand with the start up process.
Summary: I own 4 other internet radios and the UK based Pure looked interesting. I like the simple utilitarian look and rubberized finish. The display is simple monochromatic and text based. Performance is great in terms of sound, menu navigation and The Lounge station selection.
