Summary: Having to review a purchase after only having it 3 days seems a bit silly rather than using it for a longer period. However it is easy to set up and use, just like other Pure radios (I have an Evoke Flow as well) so far it is fine.
Summary: We live in an awful area for radio reception, and our old FM radio was often unusable with an internal antenna. This DAB radio has the obvious advantage of much better sound quality than FM, but even so we still get drop out and some tweeting noises. The GOOD: It's small and compact. The DAB works well (mostly) and the media player works well too. The BAD: Boot time is slow - it's hardly instant like the old radio it replaced.
Summary: The Pure Lounge system is great but the radio is not very reliable. After 18 months it was inconsistent, working some days and then not others. Needing regular reboots and re-entering the network information. Finally it stopped working completely.. after several exchanges with the online support I returned it for repairs because it was still within the 2 year guarantee. I had bought my mother the same radio and she had the same software/hardware failure within 3 months.
