Summary: I purchased 4 units to install in 4 different locations. The units are quite easy to set up. The problems I had were constant re-buffering and completely locking up. I spent at least ten hours driving from site to site to try to get them to work correctly but wound up returning them. Which means I just had to eat 10 hours of billable time, a tank of gas at 4.00/gal [...
Summary: I returned this because I expected a regular radio. It looks very nice and is very small, but I wanted a stand alone radio. finally got the Aluratek mm01 and am delighted with it. easy setup and great sound.
Summary: I replaced my XM radio with this unit because of the cost of subscription to XM. Best move I ever made. I am still blown away by the sound quality and ease of operation. Has many more features than your description. Best of all, any type of misic, weather, local stations etc. with out commercial. Just wonder why EVERONE doesn't have at least one of these Grace Solo's.
Summary: I have used a Roku Soundbridge 2000 for 7 years. My favorite radio station switched to AC3 format a few months ago and the Roku does not play that format. I've used the Grace GDI-IRA500 for 2 months now. I had hoped to put it out of sight in a closet with an amp and control with a computer or app, but that did not happen. It sits in my living room hooked up to an AudioEngine A5+ powered speaker system. Sounds great and it is a relatively compact system. Pros: 1.
Summary: It is easy to setup. It works well although I do not have accesses to some of USA based internet radio services from Canada. My only complain is just like other reviewer pointed out, because the tuning knob is too thin and too flat, you need to get used to for turning or pushing.
Summary: Easy to find stations, both on the radio and through the website. I can now enjoy Live365 on my stereo speakers. It sounds wonderful. Many menus to makei t userfrendly. I difinately recommend.
Summary: This device does work but it is cost over $100 and it is simply a non powered player that needs to hook into something to play. I have connected external speakers, a small boom box and into a big stereo - they all worked but we need something that looks neat - not contrived and fits under the counter of our kitchen
