Summary: Needed an affordable armband radio for exercises. There a few out there but this one looks good and works alright too. The reception is 'just ok' but where I live the radio reception is a little wonky anyway. The big stations come through fine but keep in mind that tiny radios like this aren't going to offer the best reception at all times. The audio goes in steps rather than using a dial.
Summary: Ordered 3 coby am/fm tuners at once to see which one would be the best quality, and this one was at the bottom of my list. I couldnt pick up any of my regular stations, and when I finally did the reception was horrible. It is also very bulky!!
Review of Coby CX96 All-Weather Sport AM/FM Digital Radio: NOT GOOD

Summary: I bought this radi so I could run while listening to the radio. Needless to say it has very inconsistent reception and a lot of static. I like the look of the radio, but performance is weak at best. The arm band, although easy to figure out how to use it, is not very easy to use on a day-to-day basis.
Summary: Volume is stepped and the difference between step 6 and 7 is much greater than other steps. Step 7 is too loud and step 6 is to low. Otherwise it is a rugged unit and I wear is while hand weeding long rows of berries.

Summary: Hey guys, we finally got it something I can listen to radio on while I'm on the road, Ordered 2 mp3 players and neither one worked for syncing music from my computer and the radio part only lasted 2 weeks so I gave up on them. I saw this little radio and I thought I would give it a try. It works great so far. Went up to Tulsa over the Memorial day weekend and was very happy with the reception and channel searching etc,.
