The Coby CX-789 features a NOAA Weather Alert that turns on automatically to broadcast weather advisories. Besides that, it also has a digital AM/ FM tuner as well as a clock with dual alarm timers. There is also a digital LCD display and a high-performance telescopic antenna. Additionally, the Coby CX-789 also has an integrated 3-inch dynamic speaker and 3.5 mm headphone jack for private listening. The Coby CX-789 runs on a 3-way power with AC/ DC operation, and can also be operated using 3 D batteries which are not included with the radio.
