Summary: After using the player for two weeks it wouldn't spin the disc or recognize it was in the unit. Returned the player for replacement and was called by consumer wholesales telling me two technicians tested the player and it works fine. Upon trying to explain what happened to us I was told twice to shut up and listen. I filed a claim through Amazon Shaun with consumer wholesales called me screaming because I had filed a reimbursement claim and then hung up on me.
Summary: This DVD player was great for the first couple months. It had a nice picture and good volume. It has since stopped working out of the blue. We used it normally and had no warning signs - it just stopped working completely. I am really disappointed and Amazon's return policy was only good for 1 month.
Summary: This product is a dissapointement. The device is extremely noisy & does not hold the charge for more than 30 minutes! It was definitely not worth the price. Save your money & invest in something else instead, this device is poorly made & cheaply assembled. Plus the seller is not too keen in refunding your money, so now I'm stuck with a product that's a piece of junk.
Summary: This unit went from a five star rating on its first use (an hour and a half usage) to a zero star rating on its second use. Yes it's easy to use, the picture is perfect, but it stopped working in less than two hours of usage. Less than a half hour into my video on my second viewing, I heard a clicking sound, then the video froze and was unable to proceed. I thought it may have been a defective DVD, but the same thing happened on other DVDs that were perfectly fine.
Summary: Purchased this DVD in May, 2013. Tried a rental DVD and it stopped about three fourths into the movie. Assumed it was a bad rental. Did not try another DVD until last month...same thing happened again. Two weeks ago I tried a brand new DVD...same thing happened again. Have been unable to find out if there is any warranty.
Summary: Only one star as it was a total non-starter!!! We were excited to get this player for our holiday as we'd seen one in action the week before whilst on another trip. It 'booted up' ok when taken from the box on delivery and despite other feedback the picture was very clear almost like blue-ray. Was immediately put back in the box for our trip the next week but when taken out again to check before we left sadly it was 'as dead as Hector'.

Summary: The picture quality is nowhere as good as my old Sony Portable DVD Player This is 2 inches wider than my Sony DVD player but the picture quality is very poor in comparison. We live in an age of smart mobiles and ipads and this is almost like going back and playing a video compared to a DVD. The screen does not have black, so dark areas appear more like a dark grey and the colours aren't vibrant.
Summary: I have tried 8 flash drives, only 1 worked. When I finally got the player to recognise the contents of the drive, it stated that the files 'video resolution not supported' - the manual has no advice, nothing on-line that I've found. A waste of my time and my money.
Summary: This was something that had been wanted for some time by a junior family member, but not something I'd been willing to pay for - so I was very glad to find it on the freebies list of Amazon Vine items. The build quality seemed decent enough, though this is just as well given that this is a comparatively expensive portable DVD player (though it does have a larger-than-most 9 inch screen size, and the box includes a car adapter).
