Excerpt: I bought this dvd player for my grandson (5 years old) and he loves it. It's sturdy and easy for him to use. He's a Godzilla movie fan and uses it ALOT. Keeps a charge pretty well, but can also be used with the AC Adaptor, or the car adaptor.
Excerpt: This is a nice portable dvd player with several options. One thing we like about it is that it will play avi files as well as regular DVD's. We haven't had it for a long time, so I'm not sure how it will hold up over time, but so far it has been working well. We use it for our children when we travel. We actually have a screen in the van but only a VCR player, so we connect the portable DVD player so our children can watch together on the other screen.
Excerpt: We purchased this about 1 week ago from Amazon. It was delivered in two days and was quick to setup and use. Make sure if you don't want to read the directions, that you put the battery in to charge. At first, I took the TV out and put it on the charger. Luckily, I read the directions and saw that the battery didn't come in the machine! Oops. I put the battery in and charged quickly. It comes with both a car charger and a house charger.
Summary: The features listed by the manufacturer doesn't list all of the features. If you buy two of these, the book says that the device can receive video. I connected the two together with a RCA female to female coupler turned on one with a dvd and then put the other into AUX display mode and they worked perfectly together. One dvd on two screens. I would recommend this product.
Summary: We just received this DVD player and brought it on vacation. It was very easy to use and the picture was great. It has two earphone plugs so that two of us were able to watch a movie at the same time. The audio was definately loud enough to hear over the airplane engine noise. It made the flight go so quickly, I loved it. The battery lasted through 2 movies (and I honestly don't know how much time is left on the charge.
Summary: My last Panasonic DVD player lasted for six years...this one lasted for six months and to repair it, due to its particular type of warrtanty.. it would cost $102...it cost me $148 six months ago....how does that sound?

Summary: Used this DVD one time when we first received it. After some playing around it worked OK. So we tossed the packaging and put it in a DVD bag. The next two times we used it it would not "read" the disk. Called Panasonic and they could not resolve the problem and told us to call the seller . I did and they would not offer us a replacement because we did not have the original package. The man was very rude.
Summary: Serves its purpose. A small, portable DVD player for the kids to watch movies. The sound and picture are a bit better than what I expected from a player this size. Best part is the kids enjoy it. Initial quality seems good, but can not comment on long term quality, yet.
Summary: I've had this DVD player about 2 months. It does everything I need/wanted it to do. The other reviews I had read said the sound via it's speakers wasn't the best. I agree it's not bad just not very loud. I find with earphones/buds the sound quality is great. I can get more volume than I need. The quality is good too. I love the way the screen can come forward and change angles. I didn't realize this feature would be the one I really found useful.
Summary: We bought this for our 3 YO and he is tough on things. He has thrown this down on our driveway. Poured his juice all over it and after a little cleaning and drying out it just keeps on working. Great product. We tried a Sony and it died after a couple of hours with him.
