Need Pinouts for AVOUT jack for GPX PD808B

I am trying to connect a PD808B to auxiliary inputs on a TV using a 3.5mm phone jack to RCA cable and I only get the two channels of audio, no video. The Cable I am using has a four contact 3.5mm phone jack with the following wiring: Tip to White RCA, Next Contact to Yellow RCA, Third Contact is Common to all RCA, and fourth contact to Red RCA. Is my cable wired correctly or am I overlooking some other SETUP procedure for getting the video output? Could you please provide me the pinouts for the AV output Jack and all the other jacks.
