Summary: This player lets you play many hours of programming on a single disc (via mp3); I have done just this (for extended bus/airplane trips); it's a fabulous feature. It also plays "ordinary" CDs, of course. It's well made, and it displays (as you have a right to expect) track listings.
Summary: My elderly father likes books on CD. He likes to make his own CD's, which is a nice project for him. He is nearly blind so this feat is awesome for him. We tried 3 different personal CD players, and none of them played his homemade CD's. We bought 2 of these used, and we are glad we did.
Summary: I listen to CD books . This is Perfect for this ! Love the Bookmarks.. I noted that people were complaining about MP3's . This is not want I bought it for. The batteries last a long time with this Player.
Summary: This CD player is as small as it is physically possible, its diameter just a little larger than the CD itself. The volume controls are tiny, other controls are not obvious by looking at them, and in general, unless you had the manual with you, you wouldn't know which controls do what.

Summary: I bought this item and it sound so good just make sure you set the EQ to the heavy option that's where you get the best sound ever. I've been listening to some of my old CDs and it's like I'm listening to these songs for the first time.
Summary: I bought this player as an impulse buy. I was expecting to take it back until the unexpected thing occurred: it CAN read UDF-1.50-formatted CD-RWs!! (such as formatted using DirectCD or InCD). So I dragged and dropped a bunch more MP3s on it and decided to keep it.
Summary: First, I would like to say that I am not associated to Sony or Amazon.com in any way. Now, the CD player: I did my research before buying it; I wanted a good-looking MP3-CD player, with good battery life and easy to use, and it had to be under 70 dollars.
