Summary: Hard to find - can only get it from European or Japan-based retailers, but it resets to where you left off when turned off previously or if you have to remove the batteries. You can even remove the CD and replace it, and it resets perfectly. It's durable and doesn't skip even when I'm running.
Summary: While it worked it was fine BUT it failed just before the critical time I needed it so I had to resource else where. I would have sent it back btu to what purpose. Can't sell it on, just another piece of technology dumped - won't bother again. Transferring to Mp3.
Summary: I looked all over to find this product for my very elderly mother who has very bad sight. It replaced an identical machine so she knows how to use it,very glad to find the same model still on sale at a very good price for a machine recommended by society for the blind.I would use this supplier again.
Excerpt: This walkman was bought for family use whilst on holiday. We did have a cheaper alternative but it broke so we got this one. It is possibly the most reliable piece of electronic equipment I have ever used. It has been going for many years despite the rise of unreliable mp3 players.
Summary: Planning on sending this back, and will ask for a replacement hoping that I was just unlucky enough to to get a faulty item. At first I noticed the volume display didn't work, but I didn't mind to much as it wasn't important. But the player regularly skips while playing cds and that is annoying.
