Summary: I enjoy the combination radio/cd player. Local broadcasts of hockey & baseball is what I was shooting for, and I so enjoy my mix cd's. Likes seem to be personal, so there are no dislikes. I replaced a broken one with a "newer" model.
Sony D-FJ041 CD Walkman Portable CD Player with Am/FM Tuner
Ralph Earl, Amazon
18 August 2013
Summary: I had a hard time reading the buttons on the side. Printing was small and buttons you pushed were very small and extremely hard to read. Buttons were same color as CD player and should have been black for easier reading and buttons were very small and hard to manipulate. Sound quality was very good. I am 79 years old. Don't they put these things in marketing labs for every day people to check out? I do not plan to use this player.
Summary: Here's the product description: "Sony Walkman Portable All-in-one Skip-Free CD Player - Digital AM / FM Radio Tuner, Clip Style Earbud Headphones, 40 preset FM stations, Digital Mega Bass Sound, AVLS & CD-R/RW Playback" and it's manufactured by Sony, a company that has heretofore been among the best in the industry for outstanding products. The purchase price was more than $54.00 and the exclusive planned use was for playing CDs, both commercial and self made. Pros: 1.

Summary: Haven't used it a whole lot yet. Ear buds style uncomfortable. Hard to keep in place even for a woman with short hair. Sound for cd good tho'. Better than I expected. Price, radio included & warranty helped me decide to purchase this player. Will use it more when weather warms up & walks get started. Anxious to see if I can hear tunes while riding lawn mower. Didn't actually try any others.
Sony Walkman Portable All In one skip free CD Player
7 January 2013
Summary: This CD player has incredible sound the earphones work very well and stays in place you can move around with it and no skipping while walking or working out. Go get yourself one if you are looking for quality.
Summary: It plays well even if the controls are tightly spaced. Had to opt for the AC adapter since it goes through batteries and when they die it is almost without warning. Of course, the manual gives one part number for the adapter which got superseded to one that is a universal model that can be used in almost any country of the world since it will accept multiple voltages and Hertz. The hardest thing was looking it up and verifying that it was indeed what I wanted.
