Summary: I like to consider myself an audiophile on a budget; very picky about how my music and movies sound, yet a don't have a bunch of money to spend on high end audio equipment. I've been through countless CD players over the past 6 years, all of which either had defects, broke, had poor sound quality, etc. Actually all of them had poor sound quality.
Summary: Bought this player a couple of months ago. Decided to test it before I write a review. First let me list all the features that I find useful. The player itself is very slim-that's because the AA batteries are externally plugged in (not shown in picture). It plays Audio and MP3 cds-even rewritables. I can fit about 120 songs on 1 cd-depends on song length. It has an FM/AM radio, and you can preset your own stations (i think up to 20).
Summary: I had done alot of researching and searching around for a good all in one media player(You should too). I saw the 350 in a best buy catalog and decided to check it out. I was planning to get the slim sony model, i dunno what it was called... but when i saw all the features of the 350 slim x, i was blown away. I went to the store to see it first hand.
Summary: The specifications are all listed on the amazon site so i won't repeat them. I normally don't write reviews but for this product I am compelled to make a exception. Why, you might ask. Simply put, this is the best product I own right now period. Out of all my electronics, hardware, software, and anything else you can think of I feel that my iRiver SlimX iMP-350 CD/MP3 Player is a flawless piece of work from a superb company. To start off the Slimx is...... well.....
Summary: This CD Player is a great way for MP3 (and WMA) fans to carry around a decent amount of tunes without plunking down $...+ for a jukebox style player. It is stylish looking and very durable. The sound quality is incredible, especially from such a slim device. True, the owners manual is not the most comprehensive documentation I have ever read in my life, but the controls are so intuitive that a couple hours of experimentation are all it takes to learn every aspect.
Summary: Frankly I admit that this choice was not an easy one. The available players and options are simply overwhelming. It also happens that you start out your research with a simple set of requirements but additional preferences come up when starting to compare. When I decided exactly what I needed I ended up looking for the following characteristics: Lightweight, Slim case Shock Resistant Anti skip technology CD playback MP3 playback on CD-R and RW Remote controlled Included...
Summary: This is a really feature-rich MP3 player. It probably has the most features out of any MP3 CD player out there right now. First of all, this thing is super slim. despite being a CD player, it actually fits inside most of my pants' pockets. This is because it's radius isn't much more than that of a CD-ROM, and the thickness is about 10 CD-ROMs stacked up. Where this product really shines is the remote.
Amazing features. Simply the best CD/MP3 (along w/ iMP-400)

Summary: There are well over 100 reviews (mostly positive) for the iRiver iMP-350 (SlimX) on Amazon alone, so I won't waste too much space writing yet another comprehensive review ... Suffice to say, this is a great piece of gear, with all the bells and whistles one expects from a MP3-CD player (and more). A real gadget-freak's "dream". As another review noted, you'd need at least IQ 90 to figure out all the features (particularly learning the remote).

Summary: When I began my research for the right MP3 player there were certain things that I wanted it to have: 1) CD capability 2) Upgrades 3) Belt clip 4) AM/FM 5) Long Battery Life 6) Pretty Design (hey im a girl ok) 7) Digital Remote The IRiver has all this... well almost. It doesnt have a belt clip! To be honest that almost kept me from getting it.
