The big question hanging over Euro 2008 is if it's worth its price tag, given that it's essential a tweaked FIFA 08 and FIFA 09 is only a few months away? The core gameplay has been tweaked enough to make FIFA 08 feel slightly dated, but chances are FIFA 09 will improve on this even further. Having put all the control options to manual, this plays a great flowing and dynamic game of football. A lot of variations in the types of goals you can score with build up play is a necessity, unlike fifa's of old. Obviously with the tournament having been and gone this game is probably past it's best, but a good sign for fifa 09 nonetheless! Read more
Fun, authentic fun. Great audio and challenging gameplay. So many neat touches such as pitches getting heavier if it rains with the ball actually sticking in patches, stadium announcers speaking in their native tongue, I could go on and on...I'm selling PES 2008 I wont play it after this. Read more
