PS3 console games as good as Street Fighter IV are a good example of old and popular source material and game play that has been enhanced wonderfully to produce a new experience for the Playstation 3 that's better than the original arcade experience Read more
To call this game a Diablo clone would be an understatement. Torchlight takes place in a solitary town with an ever expanding, randomly generated dungeon. It features magic potions, town portals, randomly generated loot drops, and tons of enemies that require an excessive amount of mouse clicking. The game is not original in any way but it is a ton of fun. Read more
Street Fighter IV effortlessly captures the Street Fighter spirit. It's instantly familiar but with enough innovation to interest fighting game fanatics willing to dig a little deeper. Read more
Street Fighter IV is a true fighting game through and through. No over-complicated game modes or additional mini games get in the way of the straight-up combat, and there aren’t any bells and whistles tacked on for the sake of things. Although straightforward, SFIV can be incredibly complicated at the higher levels allowing for good competition prospects. A great cast, quality graphics and a solid engine make this one of the best fighters in years. Read more
has become a very good fighting game and certainly manages to reach the level of Street Fighter II. It's got a nice balance between nostalgia and innovation and thanks to this will certainly appeal to both newcomers and veterans to the series. Forget Virtua Fighter, Soul Calibur or Dead or Alive... the King Street Fighter is back. Read more
Capcom's Street Fighter IV leaves me satisfied but with the overwhelming sensation that this latest installment is merely Street Fighter II prettied up for next generation gamers. Not much has changed which may be a good thing for some, but others like me were expecting a bit more than a prettier re-dux. If that's good enough for you, at least track down an arcade controller as either standard console controller is near useless for tapping into all the moves. Read more
If that hasn’t convinced you to pick up a copy of SFIV, maybe this will: the graphics are outstanding! Sure, the character models are hulking monsters compared to their original opposites, but they have now gone 3D and look beautiful in motion. While the game is still fought on a 2D plane, SFIV is one of the best looking fighting games you’ll be able to experience on any system to date. Read more
It's good to have you back! Although fun, sequels that were released for Street Fighter II generation after generation swayed away from the basic gameplay that made us all fall hard for it in the first place. The simple controls and key strategy techniques that could make a battle go any way at any time were what made it so addictive and fun. Isn’t that why so many of us have Street Fighter II in our XBLA or PSN libraries? Read more
SF IV features a mix of returning favorites (Ryu, Ken, Chun-Li etc.) along with new characters created for this game, such as Crimson Viper, Abel, El Fuerte, and Rufus. Characters and environments are rendered in stylized 3D, while the game is played in the classic 2D perspective with additional 3D camera flourishes. Read more
These controllers really had potential to be great. They feel great, they even look durable. But out of the 3 of these that I have, I can now use 1. 2 of the controllers actually work. 1 of the controllers D pad busted, even taking it apart and attempting to fix it didn't help. Since they don't use blue tooth, the wireless on these often disconnects and now 2/3 receivers don't work hence why now I can only use 1 controller. Read more
I bought this game for a reasonable price (about $15 bucks, I think) and I'm glad I did. This game is fun to play, easy to learn, and has significant replay value. That being said, I found some of the more advanced controls to be a little strange. Read more
Regarding the PC USB issue, you have two choices. If your motherboard's USB is powered by an Intel or VIA chipset - my ASRock X58 Extreme uses the VIA USB chip - then this joystick works out of the box. Just plug and play. Read more
As stated above, the controls for this game are just too involved and too unintuitive. I found myself bored and VERY frustrated after just a few hours of playing this overpriced, overhyped game. Games I have enjoyed and beat include: Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, Grand Theft Auto IV, and Metal Gear Solid 4. Street Fighter IV is just not in the same league as those I've mentioned above. It lacks the realism and the intuitive controls. Read more

The game itself plays just like the classic Street Fighter 2, for example to perform a character's special move is exactly the same combination of buttons that were used in street fighter 2. The classic characters are also present along with a few new ones. The game itself also plays just like any street fighter game, pick a character and fight your opponents one on one until you become the street fighter champion. Read more
Roman numerals we meet again...despite game maker Capcom's attempt to confuse us, Street Fighter IV is in fact Street Fighter 4. All the characters from Street Fighter 2 are there plus a few of the less lame ones from Street Fighter 3. Thats in addition to a few brand new characters. Though I havent played the story mode yet, from what I've experienced from the two player mode is that this is exactly like Street Fighter 2 but revamped graphics wise for the PS3. Read more
Okay so this isn''t the Tournament Edition FightStick. Any dreams you may have had that this cheaper, smaller little brother version of the Mad Catz Tournament Edition FightStick would look as good or perform as well as its sibling, just forget them now. Don''t get me wrong, it''s still a great little bit of kit, but it is a budget version and this is worth bearing in mind before you prize open your wallet with that crowbar, dust away those cobwebs and part with your...
