Prototype isn't a bad game. The gameplay is filled with action, with a lot of great moves to brutally slay mutants and soldiers. Overall...Prototype makes for a great sandbox game. If you've ever wanted to experience (in a game at least) amazing destructive power, while either saving/taking lives (sounds harsh, I know) then...give this game a shot. I bought inFamous before this game thinking that Prototype would be just as fun and great. If you have a choice to purchase this or inFamous...I would have ONLY purchased inFamous and left this on the shelf. To me (and this is my opinion) I think this game isn't worth the hype. Prototype firstly plays very well on the PS3 system. There is no latency and the graphics and motion blur make the game look very smooth. Although the controls are very similar to many open world sandbox games an added dimension of maneuverability with extraordinary abilities enabling you to scale massive new york skyscrapers and buildings. You can really feel like you are superhuman, especialy good use of the ps3's vibration features. Read more

All in all, Prototype is a very entertaining game, which offers many different things for players to do, depending on what they feel like doing.
