    However, at a closer glance, they are more alike than you may realize. Both series have resorted to the same philosophy of not straying too far off of the formula which worked to originally elevate each franchise. Unfortunately, that philosophy of sticking close to an established formula tends to have a limited lifespan before a series becomes stale, and

    • Gameplay is the best in this gen., Online dynasty is still good., Player lock cam is a good diversion.
    • Presentation is awful., Sliders don't work., Teambuilder isn't done well.

    I feel like a Note Dame fan torn between the subconscious tug of loyalty and the self-aware pang of mediocrity. I love this franchise and NCAA 10 is a competent upgrade to NCAA 09 . It's difficulty level is friendlier to new players, TeamBuilder's a long-coming dream come true and the on the field play doesn't suck - that may read like a facetious point, but considering last year's quicksand running, its a necessary compliment.     Get this game if you skipped over last years version. It is much better than the first edition released for 360 or PS3. It isn't as fun as I remember NCAA football being back on the previous "first-gen" consoles. I think EA needs some competition to in these sports games to get a fire lit under themselves and push out a decent product. Read more

    • Graphics are awesome. The gang tackling is really cool. Tons of different game play options available. Overall just a really fun game to play.
    • Only thing so far would be some of the play calling when using the "ask corso" feature. On 4th down it will bring up pass/run plays when you clearly should punt. Also ...
