If you've been waiting for Ghostbusters 3 or simply a video game that does the classic series justice, Ghostbusters: The Video Game won't disappoint. The attention to detail here shames most other movie-licensed titles and there's plenty of fan service that will please gamers and non-gamers alike. Had the core game been more focussed on the hunting and trapping we'd have had a potential classic, but even with issues (some poor weapons, difficulty spikes, slowdown and... Read more

is a good movie game. Charming, funny and bringing forth perfectly that unique atmosphere that fans will buy the game for. That the gameplay isn't always offering as much depth is something we gladly take along in exchange. A very relaxing game for everyone! Read more

As odd as it is for me to love a licensed game's finer points (which are usually very few and far between), this one feels like a lot of time was spent making sure that everything was fully functional, aimed directly the fans and a lot of fun for even those who don't know a how many tablets of acetylsalicylic acid Louis Tulley can get for half the price or Peter Venkman's different classifications for clean and dirty laundry. Ghostbusters: The Video Game may not be... Read more

Plot wise this is great, this is essentially Ghostbusters 3. You get to fight the librarian ghost and the staypuff marshmallow man, and it's excellent fun. The voicework is spot on and all the characters visually look well realised. Multiplayer is an option, but not essential. If you're a fan of the movies, then you'll get a massive kick out of this game. Read more

This game is awesome! Single player is a must for any ghostbusters fan. I have already played through it twice and am on my third go around. The wife even loves this game. Multiplayer is a blast with friends. Shooting ghosts holding them there, and then trapping them is the most fun I have had in a video game I have had in a while. I enjoy this more than gears 2 thats for sure. I will admit, not for call of duty players... since, well they have call of duty. But other... Read more

I loved this game it was the most fun to play. Out of all my ps3 games this ghostbusters is my favorite. it has outstanding graphics, long storyline, great sound, its not to hard nor easy so children wont get upset. The only thing that isnt great is that there is no multiplayer mode, which probably wouldnt be that great because it would have to be split screen which would make it to hard. Read more

If you like Ghostbusters, you will love this game. Very fun game! Feels like you are actually in a movie! -Zap the ghosts even throw your trap to capture them. It'll make you laugh and even scare you at times. But that's what Ghosts do. It's fun and exciting. You can't get enough. Oh, and multiplayer is pretty good too. Read more

If you are having a problem with pesky ghosts in your house or business who ya gonna call? Obviously you would call the Ghostbusters. Now if you are looking for a summer game based off a movie that doesn't suck what are you gonna play? Well, you could give the Ghostbusters The Video Game a spin. The Ghostbusters game takes place after the second movie in 1991. Instead of getting a rehash of the first or second movie, Harold Ramis and Dan Aykryod wrote an entire new... Read more
