A really fun fighting game---if you like Yu Yu Hakusho

  • Summary: Anybody that has watched the show has a favorite character, and I can't tell you how much fun it is if you are able to put your favorite character against your least and then pummel the detested one. That was the best part about this game. Every character has advantages over certain other characters. Tall characters don't do as well against short players as a short character does against the tall one, because the tall one can go for the knees.

You did pretty well, Atari.

Evan, Amazon

  • Summary: When I rented this game, I hoped this would be a good fighting game, with a good fighting system, and unique characters. For the most part, I got what I wished for. There's more characters than you can shoot a spirit bullet at, and loads of environments and extras. I only had a few problems with this game. The fighting system needs work, and the token game was very difficult and an unnessesary device.

  • Summary: For Yu Yu Hakusho lovers everywhere, this is definitely something you would like. Especially if you are familiar with the Dark Tournament saga. They have everyone from the Dark Tournament, their moves, their techniques, and it goes along with the general storyline/plot of the saga. As for other gamers, the opponents, the techniques, and the fighting in general would be more than able to keep your attention..

good but hard

  • Summary: This game definately promises the YuYuHakusho action we now and love, the only thing i found frustrating about this game was that u have to defend constantly and takes some time to get used to how difficult it WILL be when u first get it, there r many scenes from the cartoon and can be fun, but if you want a really good not-so challenging fighting game, go for DBZ budokai (any #) if u like yuyuhakusho then get this

only for pure otaku

  • Summary: this game is very good for a hardcore otaku. anyone looking for a good fighting game, i would reccomend soul caliber 2. its a great party game but good otherwise. using the attacks of each individual person you can team up between 16 different people in the YYH world. but again, if your looking for a good fighting game i would go for the gold. a big fan of YYH should go for this game.
