Summary: An fantastic game for ps2 if you like stealth and action. I would recomend this to any and everyone. It's pretty old for a game but simply great in graphics and the story makes you want more and more.
Summary: when i had a ps2 years ago i bought x111 and traded it in as i just couldn't get used to the controls. years later i got an old xbox & saw x111 in blockbusters for a couple of quid. i decided i'd give it another go as it was cheap, i'd got better at games & i liked the graphics. after i'd played x111 for a while, i realised that this game is absolutely brilliant & i'd been an idiot getting rid of it before.
Summary: This is practically the only game I play on on the PS2. It has so many different sections to offer; the single player campaign is intriguing, the multi-player split-screen is great fun with friends and the on-line activity offers new challenges each time you play. On top of all that there are superb graphics unlike any I've seen on a game before. The style and nature of game makes me want to keep playing over and over again!
Summary: OMG! there's a lot of things to do on that game like swimming, spying, jumping, climbing up buildings with hooks and shooting which is really my type and the graphics are excellent like everything in that game so I think those that like xiii must play the new one when it comes out, poetically those that play GTA, Medal of Honour or Call of duty.
Summary: My mate bought this game because it was really cheep. we started to play the game one evening and we just could not stop playing it. we eventually got to bed in the early hrs. to begin with you are intrigued with the game because you dont really know what to expect. the idea is masterfull. it is a very addictive game. the plot is very interesting and it is methodical. you get into the game as if you were actually there trying to find out who you are.
Summary: This games is gooood!!! I've never read the comic books. I never even knew about them. But I bought the game because it looked interesting. I wasnt dissapointed. As far as first-person shoot em ups go, 'Golden eye' on the N64 stands out. Now I have to say, XIII joins the ranking. Single player mode is engaging. I was hooked. Once I started playing, I couldnt stop. Some missions I had to keep trying, some I just flew through.
Summary: Hi, this review is for the PC version of XIII, but DooYoo does not have it, so it is actually in the PS2 section. XIII is a game that my friend first told me about, and has been one of my faves ever since. It is a very unique game , due to the fact that it is the game of a French comic strip of the same name (this is why you may well see quite a few French players in the online mode) and so uses comic-style, cel-shaded graphics.
Pros: Nice graphics, Great online play, Very good value
Cons: Cliffhanger ending but no sequel, 4 disks with normal version, Internet server has no chatroom
Summary: A genuine adrenaline filled experience. I never realised I was a fan of First Person Shooters (FPS), but after the experiences of XIII, Red Faction and Half Life, I now realise it is a genre I really enjoy. XIII is a great experience. The cel-shaded animation is perfect for the story. The game play is smooth and it is quite a long, very engrosing game.
Summary: WOW! Could this game get any better? Firstly, I didn't even know this game originated from magazines, despite the whole game performing in top quality comic strip graphics. The graphics offer a change from most other games, but they make the whole surroundings seem more attractive. The game is bright and is suitable for the younger players. The game play I think is also great.
