Summary: This game has a major analogy with the famous Lesner VS Goldberg match in that it was hyped up to no end, but is actually MAJOR disappointed. Unlike the older games, you have little or no choice over the way your storyline develops with virtually every decision made for you. You have little or no interaction with the rival brand. No matter how badly you beat an opponent, he will keep standing up after 5 seconds, so forget trying to hit the frogsplash.
Summary: A definite let down on the original, sure the graphics are great but the gameplay isnt. The same old tired situations and the storylines are rubbish its like playing a soap opera. I used the 'Taker and would he really care who or what happened to teddy long? Well would he??! Title shots are what it should be about, not playing detective. Disappointing that it wasnt better Smackdown Versus Raw 2006 is not a patch on here comes the pain or the original Smackdown versus Raw.
Summary: Bugs and errors. Lots and lots of them. That's what I notice most about this game. For a start, the rosters are up to date, until you go on season mode, where the old rosters are in place. Also, I have seen none of the 'character specific storylines' that were talked about, as I played with HBK and Orton (who was on the RAW roster) and both had the same storyline.
