Remake of N64 Version
3 October 2005
Summary: The PS2 version of Winback is really just a souped up version of the N64 game. It is not a sequel, the levels are similar, and most objectives are the same. The graphics are spectacular and the controls are easy to use. If you already own the N64 version, rent this one to compare the two.
Summary: winback is an awesome ps2 game. some missions are hard but the new bot mode and not new versus mode are still awesome. the graphics kick, storys good, and gameplay rules. what more could you ask for?
Summary: Please dont listen to the people saying this game [is not good]...It is one of the greatest PS2 titles ever. You will never get tired of multiplayer, and the single player is fun as well. Go buy this game!
Summary: This game is cool it is so cool being able to crouch and do all that other stuff this game has everything James bond and those others games didn't the ability to fight, ... this game you can kill lot's of guy's easier and more efficiently and being able to do this makes the game easier and more...
Summary: I got into this game when it first released for the Nintendo 64, but always knew that it never reached its full potential. Koei was gracious enough to remake this game for Sony's then-new console, but they didn't take enough time in some spots.
Summary: winback is an awsome game! First off you can hide behind crates and jump out and shoot someone. And bot mode is very fun to you can team up with your buds and shoot each other, how cool is that.
Summary: When i got my PS2 this was the first game that I bought. When N64 was still in I had played the game and liked it, but you how it is, out with the old in with the new. This remake a way better look than the N64 vesion but is still the same game. The best difference is the graphics.
Summary: This is a good game with excelent graphics. I think that the environments could be touched up the slightes bit though. I am disgusted at the people that think that winback is making metal gear solid quiver in its rubber soled boots. Ithink that Solid Snake makes Jean-Luc look like a boy scout.
Summary: This is actually a pretty good game. When you are playing it it quickly becomes evident that this low budget sleeper hit(what some call "The Poor Man's Metal Gear")is very repetetive in its style of gameplay. But this action game still manages to be a lot of fun.
