  • Summary: Wallace and Gromit in Project Zoo is a mixed bag it offers up everything you would expect from a 3D platformer and a little more but it does so with the unpolished factors luring behind. The game could have done with a little polish particularly in the areas of level design, camera and framerate but as is provides a rather average and frustrating experience.

Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo

  • Excerpt: It’s what Wallace and Gromit fans worldwide, both young and old, have been waiting for a long time, and now the digital version of the animated plasticine people is here. Unlike the masses, I was never much of a fan of the W&G duo, but I’m sure their charm appeals to a large number. However, it’s the game I’m here to judge, so let’s get on with it. It’s a 3D platformer. It’s based around a popular children’s television personality. Anyone expect anything new? No? Good...

  • Excerpt: Over here in the UK, Wallace and Gromit are TV legends. The three short films that they star in will go down as some of the best children’s entertainment ever created. For those who are unfamiliar with the series, it stars Wallace, an eccentric, cheese-loving inventor and his faithful dog Gromit.

Wallace & Gromit in Project Zoo

Gamecell
19 October 2007
  • Conclusion: Despite some of the usual 3D platform game camera-related problems (it's fully controllable but never seems to be high enough to give you a clear view) and some really tricky sections (making you wonder who the target audience is), Wallace & Gromit: Project Zoo is a pleasure to play and look at, and fits into the series beautifully. Whether you're a platform game junkie or a W&G fan there's plenty here to keep you happy and entertained.
  • Pros: Lovely graphics., Big levels., A total completion is a major challenge., It's like a new W&G movie.
  • Cons: Progression through some levels may be too tough for kids or inexperienced platform gamers.

Wallace & Gromit: Project Zoo - Review (PS2)

Konsolen-World
18 March 2005
  • Conclusion: Wallace & Gromit: Project Zoo kann als gelungenen Jump´n´Run Spiel bezeichnet werden.

Wallace & Gromit: Project Zoo

Review: "Wallace and Gromit in Project Zoo" (PS2)

gamingxp.com
27 December 2003
  • Pros: Wallace and Gromit, Knetmasse
  • Cons: Steuerung, Grafik, Sound, Spiel
