Summary: This is possibly the worest fighting game I've ever played. Woo Hoo it's hard to learn how to do moves, but even when you do learn the fighting still looks blocky and forced. The music is terrible, and your confined to a little boxed ring.
Summary: I amdit, I am new to the Virtual Fighter series and after playing VF4 I don't see what the big hype is about this game. First of all, I played Sarah Bryant and I creamed everyone in the arcade mode with a simple punch combo. The fighters are almost predictable and the moves were almost similar.
Summary: This game [is smelly]! Of course the magazines hyped it up! And it ain't nuttin' but hype! Pure Hype! Hypenomics! The gameplay has a lazy feel to it. The colors aren't visually fit for anything. Ugly!
Summary: I was tricked into buying it by the widespread misperception that it's "the mother of all fighting games." In reality, this is the worst fighting game on the PS2. It doesn't offer anything that Tekken Tag or DOA2 doesn't do better already, and it barely even improves upon previous VFs.
GARBAGE LIKE THIS IS WHY SEGA WENT OUT OF BUSINESS!
