Summary: The game is much like Gran Turismo. It simulates the physics well (until you fall off the motorcycle). There is no damage to the bike but the graphics are amazing for a PS2 game. It was ahead of it's time and it would be really nice to see some more fun elements added to this game. But seriously, playing this game will show you how to ride a motorcycle. Anybody who's even considering riding a motorcycle should play this game. It could save your life!
Summary: Good game.Fun.Nothing like GT4 car.Difference you don't buy or sell your vehicles. No points/credits.You have to win the bikes by beating your opponent, which is the computer. It's honestly so close to being impossible any more difficult on some bike are a little ridiculous when trying to win.Extremely frustrating.I won several bikes but most do me no good cause almost all cannot be entered to race on most boards.Overall it really is a fun game,i'm certainly not sorry i...
Summary: PS3 lacks motorcycle games. Bought this for the PS2 and it reminded me of how bad the graphics are on that system. Gameplay is not bad though. I would recommend Suzuki Super Bikes over this game.
Summary: I'm just going to say that Tourist Trophy is not only the best moto game for ps2, I'm going to say it is the best game ever including ps3. 1080 resolution for a ps2 game, please, of course this game was way ahead of it's time and a 10 hands down. Anyone that doesn't like this game hates bikes or is still playing Mario on 64.
Summary: its just as good as gt4 but you ride suzuki, honda, kawasaki, and yamaha. but its still awsome i recomend it for any bike lover. no harleys sorry but theirs buell. ps theirs also cockpit view.
Summary: If you liked Driving a red Dodge Viper around the High Speed Ring at 200 mph in Gran Turismo 4, then you will love Tourist Trophy! I played this game for around 10 minutes, and began to like it alot! When Polyphony created this game, they made a great decision by, converting Gran Turismo 4 into a motorcycle racing. Everything from Gran Turismo 4 is the same, except for the graphics, tracks/course and menu.
Summary: I read a few reviews of Tourist Trophy before I bought the game, so I kind of knew what to expect. I've been playing the game for a couple of weeks and I'm a fan of the game. It's not easy, but I like the challenge. The graphics are the best I've seen to date for a PS2 motorcycle game. Granted, the game was produced by the same people from Gran Turismo 4, and uses the same racing tracks with a few new ones thrown in. I got my money's worth.
Summary: Tourist Trophy is almost an exact copy of Gran Turismo 4 with the exception of a few different tracks and a few extra menu options and rider gear/apparel. And of course you are on 2 wheels instead of 4. They physics are kind of weird but as anyone can imagine, it is tough to nail all the nuances of motorcycle racing on a game console. 2-player racing is fun. 4 of 5 stars, rent it first just to be sure it's your style of game.
