Summary: This was one of my first PS2 games and this was my first ever Tony Hawk game too. I couldn't give this a bad rating because 1) It was my first Tony Hawk game 2) It has create a skater function, a create a park function, and I am pretty sure it has a create a board function and 3) Awesome multiplayer action! When I first bought this game and played it I was livin' the dream! But seriously buy this when you have the chance, it's cheap and easy to get used to.
Summary: This is a classic Tony Hawk game. It's fun and challenging and has most of the original skaters like Andrew Reynolds and Geoff Rowley. If you are a fan of the Tony Hawk franchise then get this game.
Summary: This is the third game in the tony hawk skating series, and i have to say, it is great! the gameplay is close to perfect, and the graphics are as good as can be for ps2. I love that you can customize your tricks, and the special tricks are funny. the create-a-skater funtion is awesome, you get to customize almost everything about your skater. there is even a create-a-park, where you get to make your own park. the career mode is fun, and a good challenge.
Summary: Compared to the other Tony Hawk games for ps2, this one is not as good. I didn't like that they just show you the goals you have to do right when you start. If you want a Tony Hawk game then get American Wasteland, Underground 1& 2, or Pro Skater 4 because those are a whole lot better.
Summary: This game over many of the others, has the ending to the "Classic" era. In this game it's just like THPS1 and 2. You get a to-do list and try to finish as many goals possible in under 2:00 min. You still have the option to restart when you complete a goal or you just think that your run is mediocre so far. This game has an amazing soundtrack where it levels out the equalness of genres. Activision and Neversoft have done an amazing job with them.
