Summary: The latest in the long line of Tomb Raider games, Angel of Darkness has a reputation that no game developer would be envious of producing.... that of a bug laden, uninspiring game. I'm not here to tell you that it's completely untrue, but it's certainly not the gospel either.
Summary: In the game industry, when a game is tested, it goes in two phases: alpha and beta. Alpha stage is the very beginning of testing in which the game is still under development and there are still many things missing, things needed to be added, and numerous bugs still present in the game.
Summary: I bought this game yesterday and played for a few hours and I found it dissapointing and frustrating. I am a huge fan of the TR series and bought 1-3 on the PS1. I thought this game would be better as it is now on a more powerful platform.
Summary: After all of the push back dates for this game i thought this would be the game of the year. alass it is not. there are some good points, the graphics are good and the cut scenes are better than average.
Summary: Let me first say that I own just about all of the Tomb Raider games. Several years ago I got hooked on the PC version and really liked the "new at that time" type of game. However, I got tired and went on to play Thief and other games.
Summary: While the graphics in the game are quite breathtaking, they really can't make up for all the bugs. After two years of getting our hopes up only to have them dashed to pieces with yet another postponement, there is no excuse for all the glitches and bugs that still remain in the game.
Summary: I could not wait to get my hands on this game, "Angel Of Darkness" was touted as a next generation in video game history. Reportedly Ms Croft would be revamped and reinvented...and return to her place as a video game icon; well don't hold your breath.
Summary: I've just completed the game and I'm feeling a little mixed. First, the game is very fun, without a doubt, the puzzles, exploring, enemies, environments, graphics, and upgrades. But what happened to the secrets!
Summary: Having been a fan of Tomb Raider and Lara Croft since the first game hit the PS one, I could hardly wait to get my fingers on The Angel of Darkness. I bought the game the first day in the stores and was really looking forward to play. And it's a good game.
