Summary: i bought this game but it was scratched, so asked for a replacement, i got an email back immediately appologizing and saying they will send out another copy immediately. a few days later i recieved a new copy which was pristine with no scratches so eagerly popped it into my ps2 and grabbed a controller.
Summary: Too short! Previously, I played TR3 & a bit of TR-TLR. This game certainly looks more polished than the other games I once played, but the charm and sense of real adventure are missing. The environments seem less detailed and lack the kind of sounds that brought the world to life in the old games. The story line is also much, much less interesting - at the end of the game I was left wondering exactly what I had achieved, other than re-assembling an old sword ..
Summary: The length was the only thing that lost this game a star. I've played various TR titles, never really in order, so I'm normally quite open-minded about what to expect from them: I appreciate that each one will have its own unique 'feel'. Legend's 'feel' was one of beauty. I adored the settings and the rich and varied environments available to explore. More of the same, please!
