Summary: Over all, this isn't a bad game. However, this certainly isn't up to par with the GTA series. Graphics: Can't hold a candle to Quake4, but it's sufficient. Lip movement is comical, but over all character models aren't bad. Environment: Lots of interactivity. Throw anything from garbage cans, to bricks, bottles and other assorted debris at your foes. Fighting: Lots of fun! There are plenty of combos to keep you busy, and never a shortage of foes to pound on.
Summary: I really enjoyed this game at first, it is satisfyingly brutal (although not nearly as sadistically gratifying as Manhunt), has a really immersive atmosphere- which is crucial for a good blast of escapist videogaming, and pretty convincing voice- acting. I would've said that it's too short, but it quickly becomes repetitive as, true to the thuggish fighting style and faithful to the movie, there is little variation in the combat.
Good to rent, but not buy. The game is pretty good, but not very deep.

Summary: The Warriors is a fun romp, but it wasn't as engaging as other Rockstar releases. The environment is small, and not varied enough, the things to do in the story mode are limited and get old quickly, and overall I finished the game in a rather short period of time. Good rental. Save the other $40 for something else.
Summary: This is a game derived from the 1979 film 'The warriors', the game captures the atmosphere and effect of the film very well, despite many of the events and scenarios being different. The game is very brutal and bloody, it is to an extent that i recall no other game that has such a level of graphic violence, (so best not to buy the kids it!
Summary: I eagerly anticipated the release of this game but have been generally disappointed from the start. It is extremely well put together, the cut scenes, uncanny resemblance of the characters and the eerie soundtrack. It just reminded me of playing the Lords of the Rings game from a while back.Clever distraction techniques and good A.I.
Summary: The point of this review is to confirm that many people will go out and buy "The Warriors" more because it's a Rockstar game than anything else. Sure, it hits shelves at a time when the transition from Film- to- Game might rekindle some interest in Game-style media, given the regretably poor performances of so many film-game titles. But if I'm honest, I have not bought this title ( its my Daughters Boyfriends).
