Summary: after recieving this game, found out that it didn't work..took it and had it professionally cleaned....still doesn't work...takes forever to load, then there is no background graphics..was a complete waste of money...bought the companion book to go with it....now its worthless too.
Summary: I have been a fan of the Godfather movies for years (except for part 3). Even read the book (a great read too!). So when EA released this game, I HAD to get the limited edition version. And it's well worth the extra money (at the time when it came out; it's under $10 now, used). The game had sort of a Grand Theft Auto style to it, but the guys at EA made great use of the Playstation control.
Summary: I have never seen the move Godfather, but for some reason I really wanted to buy this game. The game is awesome. Its very interactive and fun to play. It reminds me a lot of GTA, but better in its own way. I like the different things you can do, like: Extorting business, driving any vehicle, and getting chased by the cops or another family. If you like GTA then you will love this game!
Summary: I was one of 10 people from around the world (one flew in from Naples!) invited to Electronic Arts in San Francisco to preview the game, meet and talk with the game developers, and take a tour of EA's main campus. I'm not much of gamer in general. The last console I owned was a Sega, ok? So, I nervously (yet also curiously) sat down with this game to give it a shot. Wow. First off, the graphics were great!
