Excerpt: This is based on the ancient Japanese story of two ninjas appointed by lord ghoda to fight the corrupt evil merchants are in the city. The two ninjas are of different sexes the male and the female. Rikumaru the male and ayame the female. WHAT ABOUT THE ORIGIN OF THE TENCHU?
Pros: NICE STORY SETTINGS, ENVIRONMENTS, STEALTH MOVES, CHARACTERS AND MODES TO CHOOSE .
Cons: CHARACTERS MOVEMNTS NOT THAT REALISTIC AND ONE SIDED .
Excerpt: This is a review on the third game in the series, a great stealth assassin game, know as Tenchu: Wrath of Heaven. This is a bit like Metal Gear Solid some of you may think, but it is set in feudal times, and you are assassins trying to gain honour / revenge and kill all of your foes.
Pros: Stealth | Cool Assassins | Enviroments | Story | Versus Mode | Co - Op Mode
Cons: Graphics could of been better | More playable characters
Summary: I had been playing this game for a while. Gameplay is almost the same as the first Tenchu released for PS1 and very similar to Metal Gear Solid. Graphics has a big improvement, still it is quite hard to play with.
Summary: I honestly think that it is the best PS2 game I've seen so far. It has a lot of unusual weapons that you don't normally see on other games. Some of the stealth moves(especially Tesshu)are very interesting. When you get the cheat codes & hints, it makes it even better.
Summary: This game is just awesome; any one who says otherwise doesn't know how to use the buttons on the controller. The fight system is a major improvement over the other two it leaves a far smaller window for attacking the enemy.
Summary: This Game tops all other previous Tenchu games. They have drastically improved the environmental factors in the game. The use of shadows is a great improvement as well. The AI is much better than in the past, and the bosses are challenging.
Summary: I been waiting for the Tenchu series to have a better game, and As good as those games were, though, Tenchu 3 beats them hands down. The graphics are much better, as you would expectas you krow. gameplay are also much improved, largely due to the less steath kills of analog control.
Summary: This game is nothing more than a revamped version of the first two. However, the controls are even worse and the camera often leaves you facing some other direction than which you are seeing. You continually have to press L1 to readjust the camera.
Summary: This game is a blast. Take out your aggression by snapping necks, slitting throats and crushing heads as you stealth-kill your way up to the final boss for a major Butt Kicking. Rikimaru, Ayame and a bunch of old favorites return in this dark tale of betrayal, sorcery and martial arts.
