Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT)
20 April 2007
Conclusion: Here's your average weekend game! That's all I can say about TMNT and it's a pitty, specially because it had a lot of potential and also because the PC version is far better. Conclusion: THE VERDICT: Turtles is a let down for fans of the cartoon and previous games. This is not a return to glory, rather a dribble of boring and repetitive gameplay. If you like licensed titles gone horribly awry then get Turtles, otherwise there are many better titles to play over Christmas.
Conclusion: Overall TMNT is no more than a basic scrolling beat 'em up with a lack of variation that gets boring quickly - despite its looks there's not enough here for the average gamer, although if you have young'uns I think they'll really enjoy the simplicity of it.
Pros: The nostalgia factor., Graphics are nice., Something for the kids?
Cons: Gets booorrring way too quickly, Lack of moves., No 4-player.
