Summary: this game is fun,has some challenging parts but not too much to stop playing. I would recaemend this game to only someone 9 or older. For a 7 year or younger old, they would be on the same levle for months. But for someone with MAD gaming skills it would be really fun.
Summary: I bought this for my 5 year old son. He is really into these games and is capable of completing them pretty much on his own. I like the atmosphere of this game. The graphics are fun and well done. The characters are funny. This is not a dark and serious game like so many. The good (and bad) thing about this game is it's length. This is a very long game. The good part is that it won't be finished in a weekend.
Summary: After playing the intense Devil May Cry I decided to play Tak. I found it kinda boring at first, maybe the first hour, and wondered if I bought a clinker but this game gets funnier and better as you play it. The bosses are not too hard or easy. The play not too hard but there are some puzzles that take some thought, and you don't have too many enemies coming all at once except in a few areas and then it gets silly fun.
Summary: Before I bought this game, I read all the reviews, and found many to be very helpful. I consider myself a gamer, and love to play games, but I also try hard to find games that aren't violent, and have questionable language, that I can play with my kids. My kids love Tak, they beg me to play it nearly everyday, and when they see the commercials on Nickolodean they get really excited.
Summary: "Tak to the rescue" is all I hear from my 4 year old who can basically only sit and watch her older family members and myself play the game. I think that this game is wonderful for kids of any age. I do not think this game is violent in any way and believe it to be the complete opposite. For the mother with the child punching the T.V I belive your problem lies further within your child then within any game.
Summary: I bought this game for my 2 sons and they love it. They play it non-stop. I am surprised though at one of the reviews on your site. The buyer says the game is really violent...He couldn't be further from the truth...This game is not violent, it has lots of humor. I would recommend this game to anyone.
Summary: This is a very beautiful platformer with some interesting challenges and puzzles, and definitely entertaining action. My one complain so far, and I haven't gotten all that far into the game, is that the throwing interface is difficult to get the hang of, and I'm 32. I could see this really frustrating a little kid.
Summary: Tak and the Power of JuJu is the most violent game ever. I bought this game for my son. I thought it would be fun and unviolent but I was wrong. I dont belive in violence. My son who watched a violent PG-13 movie got scared and started punching the new TV. The next day I woke up and was to return the game but I couldnt find it. When I went outside I saw a burned Tak and the Power of JuJu case and disc. Later I found out that he saw a tiger that ate Tak.
