Summary: This game was kind of a disappointed to me. I never hoped it to be any good but it was just bad. I was looking for a free roaming game where you can fly and be super powerful. This game did not even make you fell like you were superman when you were playing it. My rating for this game would probably be about 1.5/5. I didn't mind the free roaming part though.
Summary: This game is really bad.The first couple of levels are pretty fun but then you are set free into the city of metropolis.I was reall looking forward to flying around metropolis wich I enjoyed for a little while but evetually I got bored and tried a mission. The Mission was incredibly hard and once I beat it I couldnt save and quit because you have to keep playing until you get to the next chapter.Unfortunately i did not know this so I saved and quit. When i came back to...
Summary: A free-roaming sandbox game where you play as the ever popular Man of Steel in a fully explorable Metropolis with lots of bad guys to beat up. Sounds too good to be true, right? Well, apparently it is. Perhaps if Superman Returns wasn't a tie-in to the movie of the same name it wouldn't have been such a disappointment, but sadly that seems to be the norm for these kinds of video games.
Summary: I bought this game for my son, who LOVES superheroes. We had a hard time finding this particular game that was new and not used. But when we found it here and it was new for an awesome price we couldnt pass it up.
Summary: I am an avid Superman fan. So when I finally came around to playing the game, I am excited to see how years of Technological growth translate my favorite superhero. As some have mentioned, the game starts off incredibly strong. While the effects and background weren't Da Vinci, it actually felt and looked like a city. And the flying around like Superman was amazing.
Barely what you would want out of a Superman game.

Summary: This game is very passable! The flying is pretty fun, but why do side missions pop up and interupt the exploring. Also, whats up with a Metropolis health meter? LAME!!!!!!!!!!!!! In addition, the graphics aren't that good. The XBOX 360 version of this game looks better. The sound is good, but Brandon Routh sounds doorky!!! Don't even mention the story, it is a confussing mess. The menus are good and well layed out. The map is also pretty well layed out.
Summary: I'm a huge Superman fan so I was anxious to play this game, and pretend to be like Superman. What a huge mistake. And I'm sad to say that this game sucks hard time. Superman never had any real good video games in its history. And this is no exception. It's boring. All Superman do is fight silly robots. Why does he always have to fight robots in his games? The same problem with Superman: Shadow of Apokolips .
Summary: Fanboy that I am, I really wanted to like this game. The creators do a good job of capturing the excitement of being Superman and flying around Metropolis--as much fun at times as being Spider-man in his excellent games. However, that flying is about as fun as it gets. The combat is horrible with the player fighting the same enemy types at the last level encountered in the first level.
