Outmatched and unable to gain levels...?

Summary: This game isn't horrible. It is playable to that "training oriented" person who will spend hours creating items, weapons. The experience gains sucks. Most of the characters speak too low for even the loudest volume to hear. I still have this game, but it doesn't persuade me to keep it much longer... unlike the Persona series... or Persona 4. This game feels a bit too slow to be called a strategy, but it somehow is.
Summary: Stella Deus is a tactical rpg from Atlus. The game plays very similar to past tactical rpgs like Final Fantasy Tactics, Tactics Ogres, and Disgaea. Unlike traditional role-playing games where the hero character, and the supporting NPCs who join him, can roam the roads, forests and lands between cities and regions freely, tactic games pretty much just linear road-links which takes a character icon from one marker to the next signifying a cities on the world map.
