Summary: well its game with always be under rated cuz of everyone thought it would be (GTA III) perfect.Well,it's ok for $12(EB) with a pretty sorry storyline,ok gameplay,& bad sound. The one good mode is Last-Clone Standing.
Summary: I think that state of emergency is a ok game. The reason i think that it is getting so much hype is because it is a new idea but just because it is new does not mean that it is good. The only problem with this game is that you do the same thing over and over again. The same missions over and over again. I would say that it would be good to rent this bad boy befor you take on the streets.
Summary: while this game isnt terrible, after a while you find your self getting bored with it very fast. wats even worse is the missions, talk about a waste of time doing lame piece of crap missions. this game isnt half bad but i highly suggest you rent this game before buy it.
Summary: SoE made by Rock Star games is just another example how invative Rock Star really is. But In my mind its a far cry from GTA3 but not many games are. I found Soe fun to play but got some what repeditve and Short I would recommend that you rent this game.
Summary: for over a year i've been telling my friends just wait just wait s.o.e will be the greatest game of alltime . i even got mine two days earlier than everyone else, cause my friend is the manager of a funcoland at the mall. when he called me and told me the game was in early just for me i flipped , almost wrecked my car i was goin so fast .
Summary: THIS IS A GOOD GAME WORTH THE 5 BUCKS YOU PAY TO RENT IT AT YOU'RE LOCAL BLOCKBUSTER, BUT ITS NOT GOOD ENOUGH TO BUY.GRAPHICS ARE NOT AS GOOD AS GTA3. THE AREAS THAT ARE PROVIDED TO PLAY ON ARE WAY TOO SMALL AND TOO MANY PEOPLE ON SCREEN CAN MAKE YOU'RE EYES JUMPY REAL FAST.THE WEOPON SELECTION IS PRETTY GOOD.
Summary: As for running around in a densly populated area attacking random people with hand axes and missile launchers I believe that State accomplished that quite well. But as for a factor of hanging on to this game for more than a month is something out of my mind. The redundancy of this game is almost unbearable. I can get my citizen killin jollies from Grand Theft Auto 3 plus the great car chasin' Pig killin' action in one game. I advise to buy GTA3 over State.
Excerpt: "State of Emergency is one of my most recent purchases, as I saw that it was a game of a type that I had never played before, a protesting beat-em-up. When you start you have two characters available to you, and you can unlock more during the course of the game, although I haven't progressed that far yet. They look very different, but in realism if they are fast they will be weak, and if they are slow they will be strong, so you can't really go too ...
Pros: Very quick game, don't need long to get into the action
