Summary: I bought this game for my kids. I remembered Starsky and Hutch from television when I was a kid. This follows them in their Ford Gran Torino through 3 seasons. (Other cars become available.) Each mission is basically about destroying the bad guys car, not shooting or smashing the good guys car, and collecting badges and tokens to move to the next season. Game play is smooth, graphics are cartoon-like.
Summary: This is a cute fun game for young kids to us very old kids! My wife and I love this game, it is good clean family fun. Great game for two people, we take turns, one driving with the controler and one useing the light gun and shooting at the bad guys. It is different in that both of you are working together doing different things and on the same screen (not a split screen).
Summary: What the heck?! This game was really good at first. Then it got boring. What's with those ratings?! Come on! At least let me get of the car. This game is good but frustating. It was Okay. At least Hutch has great 357. Magnum. Starsky also has the car we know and love. The Ford Grand Torino. I recommend this game to people who love fast cars and love nice guns.
Summary: This is a very flashy, very fun car chase shooting game. You get over 20 different vehicles and guns. The TV-like gameplay makes for a good story line. There's hardly any dialogue in the cut scenes, but this was one of the first PS2 games. Gran Theft Auto:$50. Driv3r:$30. Starsky and Hutch: priceless.
Summary: I haven't tried it with the light gun yet, but even with 2 dual-shocks this is a unique and accessible 2-player co-op game (one drives, one shoots) with decent replay value. I don't think the difficulty can be increased, but it's fun to go back and beat your old scores and play with the unlocked cars.
Summary: Okay here's my disclaimer, I am a bit biased about this game because I am a big fan of the show. When I first heard about this game I went pretty much ape. I thought cool! A game about two of the coolest cops in TV history. I ran out and rented this game first because I wanted to check it out before I bought it. I pretty much liked it right off the bat for a number of reasons.
Summary: I thought that this would be a cool game.... So i rented it... i started to play it and it was kind of cool. BUT! after a while i could see that the graphics are horrable... (like ps1) and after the first missin, its like youre just do the same thing over again because the missions are all almot the same.... you just shooting a car trying to stop it... and u can't even see it ur hitting the car because the graphics are soooo bad.

Summary: Starsky and Hutch is about to be re-released as a movie starring Owen Wilson and Ben Stiller. The video game is based on the original TV series and is sort of Vice City with car chases. In fact, the game isn't about earning points or getting kills. It's about keeping the ratings high. If you drive around without doing much of anything, the ratings fall away. If you do fantastic stunts and flips while chasing the bad guy, your ratings soar.
Summary: This is a hot new game brought back to life thanks to Sony. S&H is a driving game and a shooting game in one. Thats even cooler when you play two player mode. One drives and the other shoots. Don't forget to collect huggie bears to access movies and shorts about Huggie, Starsky and Hutch. Although any game can get repetive after awhile, Remember to take breaks! I give this game 4 stars... Very Good Fun!
Summary: Let me just start out by saying this game is pretty fun. I bought it for 19.99 and I was pretty surprised. When I put in the game I noticed that the videos were cartoons, and I thought the whole game would be like that. But it was not and I actually liked the cartoon cinimas, it added a humorus affect to it. PROS: Can shoot while you drive Drive though things like tables, rails, ect.
