Summary: I played this game years ago at my buddy's house and loved it. Of course, as a s Star Wars fan, I'd like it somewhat, right? Eventually I got my own PS2, and Battlefront II was the first game I bought for it. Improved graphics, actual space flight, but pretty much the same game with many enhancements. Then I wondered "where the hell is Bespin?" Why wasn't I fighting on my favorite SW planet, in Cloud City? Did I dream that it was in the first one?
Summary: Had tons of fun playing this game. The single player is ok but this game was meant to be played online against other people. You can have some fun playing with 1-2 more people offline. This game is great online and that is its bread and butter. Really do feal like you are in a true battle out of the movies. I personally enjoy playing maps with over 500 reinforment count for each team. This allows for real swings in the battle.
Summary: I love the game- but I'm not gonna lie, I know people who don't. Very Few People. A lot of ways to play each level- make the Rebels win the battle of Hoth, make the Republic lose the battle of Geonosis. Choose between Empire, Rebels, CIS(Droids) and the Republic. Each Side has Four Units, plus one limited to that faction. (Republic has Jet Trooper ex.) Galactic conquest- Choose an Era- Choose a Faction- Choose a Planet to attack.
Summary: I am a star wars fan and this game is cool. The clone wars and the galatic civil war are awsome. Play as the clone troopers, battle droids, rebels or imperials in the hot deserts in tattoine, or the cold landscape of Rhen Var or Hoth.I am definetly going to give this game a second go.Battlefront 2 is great but finish this game first before moving on.
