Summary: When I was a little kid this was the first game I ever played on the PS2. I had Spyro Enter the Dragonfly for awhile, and to me it was amazing, I loved every second of it sadly it was stolen from me...I never got to finish it ... I'm almost a teen and I'm getting it again! I'm really excited to play it again! I understand that a lot of people hate it but if it wasn't for this game I wouldn't have liked the spyro series.
Summary: Gameplay: All the others in the series are fun. This one, however, is not, for the simple fact the collectables are mobile, move just as fast as you do, and you have to stop just to catch them with a very short breath attack. Did I mention the taunting and how they run away from you constantly? Aside from that, everyone else has mentioned the glitches and load time issues, except the one where sparx won't follow you. Graphics: Could be worse, could be better.
Summary: I have always been a huge spyro fan. So thinking that a new game for the playstation 2 was going to be a great game, i walked into a swirling whirlpool of lies. The gameplay is too stiff for a spyro game and the characters just aren't the same anymore. I know the original creators aren't working on spyro titles anymore, but at least sell the series to someone who knows what they're doing.
Summary: People make this game look horrible, but it's okay. Yeah, the game is short, and it has lag issues. It's still kinda fun. This game is full of glitches, and most are fun to do. This game is not my favorite Spyro game, but I enjoy playing it.
Summary: i would just like to say the only reason spyro games are not awesome anymore like the ps1 games is because isomanic stopped making spyro at spyro 3 and went on to make games like ratchet and clank and later resistance. and other companies tried to make spyro games and it didn't pan out to well sadly. showing that the designers truly make or break the game. all im saying is if isomanic still made new spyro games it would still be amazing. p.s this game is not truly spyro.
Summary: This sypro was the worst of all of them. The graphics was fair but it did had some problems, glitches were the biggest problems in the game not to mention the cam was wonky. The most set back was the flight level not fun at all. And at times I wanted to make spyro jump he just falls to the ground or he will fall to the pits. The sound was alright nothing to get you to loving the soundtrack. The game is so short I was like thats it?! I won't play this one again ever!
Summary: I was on here reading some of the reviews and I noticed it wasn't getting very good ones. I went and bought the game yesterday and played for about 5 hours in 24 hrs. and I'm more than 50% of the way. So it's a short one. Nothing like the PS1 game Spyros though. So if your thinking it will be like them...well it isn't. But it isn't a bad game. I have ran across some glitches and none of them affected the game.
Summary: First of all i kind of agree with some of the other people it always too forever to load and whenever I played I would not play it again for maybe a year or two. Persanolly im a spyro fan and I loved the ps1 game i have and "a new beggining" but this game kind of made me lose my intrest of Spyro games so I would recomend never buy this game, touch it, or even look at it.
Summary: I've played spyro since the first one,and I have to say it was a true disappointment to play this. The story line wasn't good, the graphics were okay but it felt I played for short time and for the graphics to load took forever. There wasn't much of a challenge in it either,it was mighty simple.I couldn't play it for long because the loading took forever and also my brother, much younger than me easily played the game,he was disappointed as well, though he's only been...
