Spawn: Armageddon

Playstation Illustrated
4 March 2004
  • Excerpt: Since the days of the Dreamcast -- Todd McFarlane's masked hero from Hell hasn't been seen in his own game. Well, that has changed with Spawn: Armageddon , where you will take the role of Al Simmons (aka: Spawn) as he travels from Heaven to Hell and everywhere in between in order to stop the end of the world. The graphics of Armageddon aren't anything to really drool over, though there are a few aspects that are nice.

Spawn: Armageddon PlayStation 2 Review

Game Info Wire
10 January 2004
  • Excerpt: Since I'm a Spawn and Todd McFarlane fan, I wanted more out of this game in every department. As it stands, "Spawn: Armageddon" isn't a terribly bad game, but is rough around the edges, yes.

Spawn: Armageddon review (PS2)

HonestGamers
27 December 2003
  • Excerpt: On the one hand, it's good that Spawn can mostly focus on shooting when the situation calls for it. There's hardly a pause as he empties one weapon's chamber and switches to the next, which is good if you've got a giant crab or whatever bearing down on you. However, some of the weapons understandably affect Spawn's agility.
