Summary: Soul Calibur 2, Overall- is a great game, but a loss variety space for creativity. I like this game but it not very detailed, but then again I'm using unfair judgement by putting it in comparisons with SC3,& 5- & see it as a misjudged lack based on what I know & experienced in the newer games. Aside from all that If your expectations don't shoot for the stars, you'll [probably] like it!
Summary: The Soul Calibur franchise is one of the best series of fighting games in the past decade. They're hard; very hard, and they have memorable characters with heavy arsenals of attacks. The younger brother of Soul Blade (which was also a great game), Soul Calibur II keeps to the same controller-splitting action that worked so well back in the day. The wide array of characters in Soul Calibur gives everybody someone they will love to play. Personally, my favorite was Voldo.
Summary: I liked the Gamecube version better(Only because of Link) But this one was really good too.I think the controls were the best on the PS2.The graphics were really amazing. There were lots of good characters. The story mode was pretty good and the adventure thing was long had lots to do.A good game for a 3 systems.
Summary: This game is amazing! The graphics are great, the gameplay is fun, and there's all the weapons and players to choose from. Also, good storyline, and a pretty long game. The gamecube version also includes a very special character...Link! This game is an awesome 1 on 1 player, and there's also alot of features in this game. I would recommend it.
Summary: Soul Calibur II is one of the most entertaining and replayable fighters out there for the Xbox. Fan of the arcade and Dreamcast versions will be suprised at all the reasons to play this title. Unlockable characters and weapons are not the only thing worth playing through. There are various game modes to be played outside of the classic arcade mode. Survival Mode and Team Battle are added and prove to be challenging when on the harder difficulty settings.
Summary: this iwas my first soul caliber game. this is the best fighting game i have ever played. the game is a little easy but still fun. the graphics are great. i like the special moves they give the characters. the camera has got in the way before and it is a little hard to control but once you get the hang of it its pretty easy. i had fun beating my bro and my friends in the multiplayer mode. this is my favorite fighting game.
Summary: I played Soul Calibur 3 before playing Soul Calibur 2. There's not much difference between the two games other than the fact that SCIII has more features and extras. The graphics on the newer game is also slightly, not noticeably, superior to the older game. I admit buying Soul Calibur only upon learning that KOS-MOS from Xenosaga makes a cameo appearance in SC3. You can use the Character Creation Mode in the third game to build a fighter that looks just like KOS-MOS.
Summary: Selling your soul never felt so exhilarating. Fight your way to claim the Soul Blade. The graphics are beutiful, the controls are easy to learn (difficult to master), & the combos are fantastic. The PS2 version may have Heihachi, not really as cool as Spawn or Link, but he's pretty good. Weapons Master mode is really frustrating, but it's fun. Plenty of modes & secrets to play ALL the way thru.
