Summary: "Soldier Of Fortune," originally developed by Raven Software and published by Activision for the PC, has been ported over to the Playstation 2 by Pipedream Interactive. Predictably, this means the graphics quality has gotten a downgrade, but the extreme amounts of violence and gore have remained...
Summary: This is one of the most violent games that I have played on the Playstation 2.It's so bad that there is even a warning on the back of the box about how violent it is.You can switch off the gore in the options menu though....but what fun is that???
Summary: It's graphic violance is about all this game has going for it. The graphics are poor, the scenary doesn't change much, and you get bored fast. This is diffenetly down at the lower end of combat games on the market for PS2.
Summary: I won't go into reviewing this game very long so I'll make it short. This games graphics suck! I have scene better graphics then this and this is from the PC I mean c'mon! The graphics are terrible compared to the PC.
Summary: If you've heard of Soldier of Fortune, then like most people you probably heard of it's notorious reputation. At the time it was released, Soldier of Fortune was arguabley the most graphic, violent game on the market.
Summary: Soldier of Fortune for the PS2 is a very bad first-person shooter. You can play single player offline or multiplayer online or with BOTS. I played offline, but I doubt that it makes much of a difference since SOF has many technical problems. This game is barely worth my time.
Summary: I don't know why I purchased Soldier of Fortune. It's not that I regret it, necessarily, it's just that I had never played it, and I had only read mixed reviews. So I think, what intrigued me, was the controversy over the "gore-zones" this game featured, and how violent it was supposed to be.
