Excerpt: Sly Cooper and his gang return, this time to collect the shattered pieces of Clockwerk to prevent his ressurection. Of course, along the way there are treasures to be stolen, pockets to be picked, and Inspector Carmelita Fox and her sidekick Neyla to avoid (or possibly ask out). This game is an excellent mix of 3D platformer and RPG.
Pros: Excellent gameplay, good level design and a real challenge
Cons: Some awkward camera work, precision control required
Excerpt: In Sly 2, you'll play as Sly, but you'll also get to control Bentley the turtle and Murray the hippo from time to time, since some objectives require their unique abilities. The differences between the three characters are pretty simple, but they're different enough to give each player a unique feel. Sly's the stealth guy, so he's the most agile of the three.
Excerpt: Sly Raccoon was always one of those games I kept meaning to play. It seemed that Ratchet and Clank aficionados enjoyed it, but it seemed more puzzle based rather than a platformer. I never got round to playing it, as it’s hard to even pick up second hand. Then when they released Sly 2, and R&C fans unhappy with R&C3 raved about Sly 2, I made an extra effort to get hold of the sequel while it was on general release.
Pros: nice gameplay, good mixture of different types of games
Cons: some bits impossible to complete, makes it frustrating
