Summary: Overall this game took me about 7 hours to complete, which is a very short time for completing video games. Sadly it has lost its good two player story mode from Shrek 2 and is not as complex, with no ability to switch characters during the levels. It is mainly fighting and unless you are utterly surrounded by enemies or fighting a very strong opponent you can easily win a fight by constantly pressing on the attack button.
Not ideal for a gamer but kids and avid fans may enjoy it.

Excerpt: First off I must say that i've never been huge on kids movies, not since I was one anyway, and even then I was pretty fussy when it came to the works of Disney etc. So when I seen Shrek I went in with the opinion that I wasn't expecting much. Although it was well thought of from pretty much everyone I spoke to I thought it was incredibley corny and although it may have been a little intended that way I really couldn't see much appeal for adults in it at all.
Buy it for a child or a die hard shrek fan, otherwise steer clear!

Excerpt: This is an action adventure game clearly aimed at fans of the Shrek film trilogy. You will play as most of the characters from the film at some point, Fiona, Shrek and even Sleeping Beauty. Each character has their own special ability that will help you in completing the game. The game is set in a beautiful background, mainly focusing on a fairytale backdrop that the films are so famous for.
