Summary: This game kicks major [posterior]...! It is a lot like ATV Offroad Fury 2, only you drive cars instead of Quads. Getting major air is the main point of this game and I really like all the customized cars!
Summary: What a great game! Quite possibly the greatest arcade racer of all time! You basically bounce and slide around the track at incredible speeds....it also shows the damage done to your car along the way. This game is an absolute blast to play! If you liked games such as Burnout, Burnout2, etc. then you will absolutely LOVE this game!
Summary: This game is fun but it has one big draw back, at least as far as my husband and I are concerned. We both play this game and have attempted to "save" our individual progress but found out the hard way, that the game only allows one profile per memory card! If you try to save a second profile on the same memory card, it will overwrite the previous save. I contacted EA games regarding this issue and they confirmed, only one profile per memory card.
Summary: I wasn't a huge fan of rally games and I didn't particularly favour racing games but when I played this I thought it had a pretty cool layout of game play. The single player mode is very impressive and you can race to win money in order to buy or gamble for cars. There are around four groups of cars each containing six cars and each of them has different stats which you'll have to keep an eye out for when your playing.
Summary: Once in a while something fresh arrives to shake up a tired, over-used gaming genre. Unfortunately these games are few and far between, like finding a needle in a haystack. So Hello Shox, a true diamond in a pile of shiny plastic fakes. I bought Shox because what I'd seen of screenshots/previews etc all reminded me of a distant but pleasant memory - Sega Rally, in the arcades and on my mates old Saturn. What a landmark game - never to be bettered?
Summary: Shox is the latest addition to the EA Sports 'Big' brand, and more than does justice to the quality benchmark set by SSX and SSX Tricky. It's structured along the lines of a simplified Gran Turismo - you enter competitions to win cash, which enables you to buy faster cars. If you're not that flush, or simply feeling skilful, you can go head to head with the car you'd like to own in a one lap shootout. You win, the car is yours for a fraction of its advertised value.
Summary: shox shakes up the tired genre of arcade rally racing. It is the first title to challenge the glorious Sega Rally series in terms of the quality of playability. The multi player function works extremely well with edge of the seat battles almost guaranteed, while rewarding good driving style, which will make it a gaming household's favourite.
Summary: Do you remember that great arcade classic Sega Rally. If you do, you'll remember how much fun it was ripping around the track in these powerful cars. Now think Sega Rally crossed with EA Bigs Freekstyle and you've almost got it. Great over the top tracks with huge jumps and great cars (including MKII Escort, Audi Quattro, Mini Metro, Mitsibushi Lancers, Saburu Impreza's, Mini Cooper to name but a few of the 24 beautifuly rendered cars available to thrash the living...
