Summary: The whole game is boring. Intricate storyline sure but kingdom hearts had this storyline beat hands down. It's very repetitive. Kill a colossi, spawn in temple, go kill another one, spawn in temple again, kill another one and repeat. The landscape is huge but there's nothing in it. The developers just laid out a bumpy plain and by then half the game was already created then. No detail what so ever. Camera angles are atrocious and same with gameplay controls.
Summary: Although I thought I would enjoy this game, I found it rather un-enjoyable. While the landscape was beautiful, and riding Agro was fun, there wasn't enough in the landscape to keep me occupied. In other games, I love exploring the territory, but I found myself shutting this game off before I even found the first Colossus.
Summary: This game is basically what would happen if Zelda used its bosses as dungeons, had no other content, and broken controls. I dig the quiet minimalism, eerie desolation and (admittedly cloying, transparent) sense of moral ambiguity that defined this title as a Games As Art(tm) staple, but it is thoroughly not fun to play. The controls have no sense of context.
Summary: There's not much to say about this other than it was BORING. The game is extremely repetitive. All you do is jump on your pretty little horse, and gallop around to find the next colossi. Beat it, repeat. If you're looking for a long game just to stare at the grass and pick your ... then this is the game for you. If you're looking for something fun, I definitely wouldn't recommend this.
Summary: I have played and beaten this game, and I honestly have to say I don't get the fanaticism. This game is comprised more or less of huge stretches of empty land, no characters to interact or battle with other than the collosi themselves, and for the most part, had a horrid control system and the camera angles were equally bad. To honestly sum up this game, it's nothing but 16 boss fights and 5-6 hours of pointless travel time just to get to the bosses.
Summary: I just finished this game yesterday. And this game was so boring. I finished it in 2 days. All I did in this game was just explore. Well, there was 5 bad guys, who were easy to beat, and that's all. Other than that, I just explored some stupid. When I bought this game, I was really excited. But when I played for about 30 minutes, it started to get so boring. And so I was really disapointed. That is why I am warning you now: DON'T BUY THIS EXPLORING GAME!!!
Summary: Nachdem ich das wunderbare ICO gespielt hatte, war klar, das mir nun auch Shadow of the Colossus zulegen würde. Was Shadow of the Colossus für mich disqualifiziert, ist die grausame Bildrate.
