Summary: Now, I'm over 13 but I'm just using this under 13 review thing because it is to much trouble to sign in...ext. Anyway, the game is really well done. The action in the game is awesome! So many aliens to kill and shoot up! The framerate is problably the best part of the game. It never slows down! No matter how many enemies are on the screen, it never slows down. Graphics are so-so. Neat multiplayer. It can have over 8 people at once online.
Summary: This game is sort of like a stress ball. After a hard day at school or work, you can come home to this game and just shoot the crap out of everything. People shouldn't take this game so seriously, because the purpose of this game isn't to be an istant break away hit, it's only 20 bucks folks! The purpose of this game is to appeal to fans that don't want a lot of talk, or even a great storyline, they just want to see stuff blow up, which we all need sometimes.
Summary: The most fun you'll have with Serious Sam next encounter is as you launch the box and its contents into the nearest trash can. Then for more fun, dig the game out of the trash can and repeat the process over and over until full satisfaction is achieved.
Summary: If you enjoy playing mind-numbing, tedious, repetitive games, then serious Sam, next encounter will be right up your alley. I really wanted to like this game, but in truth, it is not so hot. Wise cracking Sam isn't remotely funny or amusing. The look of the game is unimpressive and the sound does its job, just. This is the first serious Sam type game I have played and I didn't think much of it.
Summary: The most fun me and my brother got out of serious Sam next encounter was when we used the cd a discus, that was huge fun i can tell you. Although we've stopped playing that game now, ever since mom wedged the cd under one of the legs of our coffee table to stop the damn thing wobbling.
Summary: When it appeared on the PC, Serious Sam quickly earned a reputation as "that game with tons of dudes onscreen," and that was a pretty accurate assessment. (...)In Second Encounter, you play as wisecracking Sam, a one-man army who's bounced through Ancient Rome, Feudal China, and Legendary Atlantis.
Summary: I just read the one review and I dont give this game no justice. My best friend Sam has this game and I play it with him all day. My best friend Sam has reserved Halo 2 50 times so he needed a game to hold him down till he gets it so one day we loaded up in his moms station wagon and went to toy's r us. When we got there I nearly wet my pants when we got to the R zone I was overloaded with Joy so Sam bought the game and I havent stoped playing it since.
Summary: Just played Serious Sam: Next Encounter on the Game Cube & Metroid Prime it isn't. Serious Sam: Next Encounter is at best shoddy. The game looks very dated and the visuals failed to impress in any way. There is a certain amount humour contained within Serious Sam: Next Encounter, and believe me you will need a sense of humour as you laugh hysterically at what a bad game this is. Serious Sam: Next Encounter is without doubt a rent before you buy title.
There's actually too much to say about the game. its great, and its got decent multiplayer

Excerpt: Serious Sam; the Next Encounter was made available for the ps2 and gamecube. It was made by Climax studios, not Croteam, who made the original PC version. The differences are notable. Climax's version seems slightly more cartoony and the comedy isn't quite as good, although Sam "serious" Stone is still quiter the quip master. In addition, the reduced memory and output capacity of the console, means that many of the levels are smaller or more contained.
Excerpt: "...does not continue on from Serious Sam’s ‘First’ and ‘Second’ encounters, but borrows loosely from the ‘First’ encounter on the PC and renamed ‘Next Encounter’. ===STORY=== The story so far. In the 21st century there was a discovery of powerful time-travel artefacts that had been left throughout the universe by the mysterious ancient race known as the Sirians. The bad guy, appropriately known as Mental is up to no good and the forces of justice ...
Pros: Awesome Gameplay, Full of humour, Cool weapons, Innotive level design .
